-Trend to see more PA’s and others who may have not organised events before and getting them “educated’ and also being able to move past them to the decision makers

-Event Management Companies Vs Venues

- Venues are increasingly providing added services such as themeing and entertainment (and making a profit). Where does that leave Event Management Companies?

- Competing catering prices

- Educating clients to understand pricing differences between venues with in-house catering and venues with contracted caterers.

- Repeat clients. Are loyalty programs worthwhile
