The Future Choices Virtual Transition Expo for Students with Disability is a unique opportunity to continue the delivery of our annual expos, and assist those unable to offer events in other Regional, Rural and Remote areas of NSW/ACT due to COVID-19. The Future Choices Virtual Transition Expo is presented by Career Links in conjunction with the National Disability Coordination Officer Program, and NSW Department of Education Support Teachers Transition.

This long-running transition Expo is the only event of its kind in the State, attracting over 150 local, state and interstate exhibitors including leading education and training providers. The event connects young people and tertiary graduates with disability to education/training providers, employment services, employers, apprenticeship/traineeship services, disability providers, assistive technology suppliers, government services, and other support services to help them make informed decisions about their future, and highlight the support that is available. The Expo remains online for three months after the live day.

The virtual expo platform is fully accessible, and has a range of features outlined online at www.vfairs.com/vfairs-redefining-accessibility-virtual-events.

Career Links is a community focused, not-for-profit organisation servicing Newcastle and Lake Macquarie. Operating since 2000, we manage a range of programs, which connects young people with business, education and community.
