About the Conference

The Education Summit & Expo hosts five simultaneously held learning tracks as well as general sessions, creating multiple opportunities to target your message. Whether your company's focus is on credit and lending, finance, human resources, marketing, or technology, this event will bring together bankers interested in all areas.

Held September 23–26 at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA, the Education Summit & Expo is one of WBA's largest events. Each year, the conference attracts over 350 attendees representing a multitude of experience levels and banks of various asset sizes.

In addition to educational sessions and networking opportunities, the Education Summit & Expo hosts the Fintech Showcase. This fast-paced series of presentations is your opportunity to join established companies and startups as they showcase their products and services to the conference audience. Furthermore, Innovation Sessions are available which allow you to present your banking solutions to decision-makers during sessions included in the conference's main program. Choose from the following formats: case study, focus group, or Q&A.

WBA's Fintech Showcase features up to 15 technology innovations and banking solutions from established companies and startups. Each company will have five minutes to present what makes their product or service exceptional to the crowd. At the end, the audience will cast their votes for the Best in Show.

WBA will help you get started by providing you with a set presentation format. Presenters will be provided a live introduction and a summary highlighting your company’s newest innovations in finance and banking technology, followed by a live wrap-up of your presentation to win over the voters. (Presentations will be included in the conference mobile app, as well).

Immediately following the showcase, there will be a reception where the presenters will have a chance to network with bankers at their individual tabletop space.

The Best in Show winner will be invited back for the 2019 Education Summit & Expo to moderate the Fintech Showcase.

DEADLINES:

Please submit logos (both JPG and vector EPS formats) and a short company biography by Friday, August 10, 2018.

Please attach a description of any special needs required by your firm’s representatives. Final confirmation of your exhibit space is contingent upon WBA receipt of payment and your signed sponsor contract and registration form.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

Sponsors are required to pay 100 percent within 30 days of the date WBA receives the signed contract. If the event start date is less than 30 days from contract submission, payment must be received immediately. No branding or promotion will take place until full payment is received. If payment is not received in the time frame specified above, the sponsorship/exhibit space will be released and made available for sale again by WBA.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Substitutions are allowed at no additional cost. Written notice is required for all substitutions/cancellations. The full registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by Friday, August 24, 2018 and 50 percent if by Friday, September 7. No refunds will be provided after September 7. Registrations made on or after September 7 are not subject to refund.
