2018-2019 NURSING ENTRANCE TESTS
ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) and ACT English Tests: All applicants for the PUC AS Nursing Program are required to take the ATI TEAS and ACT English Tests. These tests will be administered on the following dates:
August 5, 2018 (Sunday) September 9, 2018 (Sunday) October 7, 2018 (Sunday) **
November 11, 2018 (Sunday) ¤ January 13, 2019 (Sunday)
February 3, 2019 (Sunday) March 10, 2019 (Sunday) April 7, 2019 (Sunday) May 12, 2019 (Sunday) August 4, 2019 (Sunday)
* No ACT-English test
Test Times: ACT-English: 11 am-12:15 pm, Davidian Hall 110 TEAS: 1:00-5:00 pm, Library Computer Lab

• Photo ID is required at the time of the test. Test Fees, CASH ONLY: ACT-English $70.00 TEAS $80.00 Preparation: Applicants are encouraged to prepare for the ATI TEAS by obtaining the ATI TEAS Study Manual from ATI at www.ATItesting.com, and for the ACT English Test by obtaining an ACT review guide from a local library or bookstore, or by reviewing information at www.ACT.org.
• Students must preregister for the tests. Please see below for contact information. • The ATI TEAS is an online test and therefore reservations are limited to 27 spaces. • A No Show penalty fee of $20 will be charged to individuals who cancel reservations less than 48
hours prior to a reserved test date. • Prior to ATI TEAS Test Date – Create an ATI ID: Applicants must create an ATI account prior to
taking the ATI TEAS. Create an account at www.ATItesting.com by clicking on Create New Account and following the screen prompts.
• The minimum score requirement for the ATI TEAS is the Academic Preparedness Level of Proficient (58.7%-77.9%); preference will be given to those who score at the Advanced or Exemplary Level. To check ATI TEAS scores, go to www.ATItesting.com.
• The minimum required ACT Test English section score is 19; the score will be emailed to applicants by the Nursing Admissions Coordinator approximately two weeks after the test date.
• Retakes: Applicants may take each test a maximum of three times; applicants must wait minimum of 60 days between tests (two retakes are allowed).
