- Inspection of welding consumables (electrodes, rods and wires) and their conformance with

mill test and batch test certificates

suitable procedures for the definition of working methods and site regulations.

- Internal and external surveillance audits for the ISO certification of the company.

determine their conformity to the requirements of the isometric drawings and materials

- Conduct field inspections works on regular basis such as Fit-up, visual check, dimensional

check, witnessing of all piping and mechanical testing.

- Inspect all work to ensure quality construction and fabrication workmanship and coordinate

with client representatives for all field testing and inspections.



- Maintain records are up to date, accurate and accessible through daily reviews of all welding

related forms. This will include daily weld reports, NDT requests, welder performance

records, etc.

- Ensure traceability, where required, is maintained and documented on relevant isometrics &

traceability logs.

- Prepare test package documentation for hydrotest and golden joint.

- Line check and issue internal punch list for test package,

- Witness hydrostatic and pneumatic tests on piping.

- QC inspection for Wrapping (underground piping).

- QC inspection for painting of joint and touch up painting for underground piping.

- Inspect materials and equipment as applicable to ensure compliance with project

requirements for proper handling, storage and protection at project facilities and/or

construction site.

- Monitors Contractor’s Quality Systems, records and Quality Personnel for compliance with

requirements.

- Perform piping inspection and pre-test punch list and ensure all Test Pack piping and piping

system component is completed completely, clear NDT and visual outstanding.

- Carried out inspection of site along with client’s representative to ensure that the

requirements of materials are obey with the specification. Establish procedure and control

monitor to keep attain high standard.

- Monitoring for closed punch list status to hand over.

- Establish interfaces with Construction Department and Client with regards to all installation

issue concerning progress, schedules, work discrepancies, materials issues, quality control

issues, and safety issues are met on time.
