CPR Healthcare Provider This course provides the information, training, demonstration and practice necessary to pass the CPR Health Care Provider written examination and perform adult, child and infant cardiopulmonary resuscitation acceptable to the American Heart Association (AHA). Instructor: Sheree Wertz. Cost: $105, includes required textbook. Class notes: After successful completion, participants will receive an AHA certification card. No refunds are given after the regis- tration deadline. Textbooks can be picked up from the Continuing Education Office prior to the first class. Nutrition and Blood: Balancing the Body’s Chemistry (co-sponsored with Kankakee Natural Foods)The course will help healthcare professionals recognize nutritional deficits and/or imbalances from a patient’s blood work; and how to correct them for the patient’s optimal health.
