On-board promotional campaigns in LATAM flights - sampling and product drawing - are an excellent opportunity for segmentation, in which the brand can add value to the passenger’s experience, while getting the brand’s message across.

PROMOTIONAL DRAW: Up to 3 draws of products, benefits or prizes among passengers during a flight. This also includes an additional speech of up to 20 seconds.

SAMPLING: distribution of promotional material during boarding, disembarking and throughout the flight.

Material reservation and delivery for approval: 14 days in advance, considering the campaign’s launch date. Material must be previously approved by TAM and delivered to caterers 5 to 7 consecutive days in advance. TAM’s airway network is dynamic and is constantly changing. There are more than 400 routes available for promotional campaigns.

Video infrastructure in LATAM fleet:It is possible that some aircraft may not have all necessaryequipment to broadcast the audio/video programming. Ingeneral, the TV programming for a given month will begin to be loaded on the first day of the month. On 100% of the fleet and on the 15th, the entire fleet will have the programming loaded.

COMMERCIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Operational Details:Thirty (30) consecutive days are necessary for campaign switching for all of the A319/A320/A321.• During the switching period there will be a mixture of different materials on the same aircraft.

Promotional CampaignsStandard campaigns are weekly, from Monday to Sunday. Material for promotional drawing or sampling, as well as text for speeches and product drawing must be submitted for approval by New Sell at least 14 consecutive days in advance, considering the initial action date. Material for product drawing or sampling must be delivered to caterers at specific bases from where promotional flights will take off, 5 to 7 consecutive days prior to start of promotional action.LATAM reserves the right to modify promotional action programming. Should this occur, all agencies and advertisers involved will be properly notified so that, along with the commercial department, one of the following actions may be taken:• Change of proposed placement period/route;• Compensation during the same period/route on a differentdate;• Billing deduction.

DuplicatesMaterials for placement which contain brands other than those from the advertiser with have a price increase of 30% over the standard list price.

Placement MaterialAll advertising materials for onboard placement will be validated by the Marketing Department at LATAM Linhas Aéreas. New Sell reserves the right to reject inadequate or substandard material, whether it is for placement in

magazines, newspapers, video, audio channels, promotional campaigns or merchandising.For placement in printed media it will be necessary to send aCD or compatible media, accompanied by graphical proof ofcolor and text.In case there is no physical graphical proof, no questioningwill be accepted regarding the reproduction quality of material printed at Vamos/LATAM.For placement in video media it will be necessary to senddigibeta, betacam or DVcam material, with clapboard marking and a DVD or MPG copy. For audio it will be necessary to send a CD or digital files.It is indispensable to identify the advertiser in every materialsent for placement. Any delay or lack of delivery, defectivematerial or non compliant with commercial practices entailsbilling without due credit on the reserved space.

Placement PeriodVamos/LATAM products with monthly frequency are guaranteed to be placed for 30 days; however the period may not necessarily start from the 1st day of the given month. Due to loading logistics and changes in aircraft overnight stay schedule, this period may be actually accounted for up to 15 days from the beginning of the placement.

Minimum PlacementIt is possible that at some point there might be failure in displaying all content mentioned in this media kit. This is due to external factors which are part of the airline business such as delays, flight cancellations, route alterations, climate changes, technical problems, among others.

Programming CancellationLong-term programming contracts may be cancelled with prior written notification, 60 days in advance. The payment already made for placement which has not been received shall be made by billing of list values for amounts not yet paid.
