Job duties included: locating out-of-state landowners; providing assistance to title staff in researching and locating out-of-state heirs of deceased property owners; obtaining survey permission from landowners in Shelby and Panola counties; completed construction questionnaires with landowners; presented initial offer letters to landowners; negotiated easement payments; purchased valve sites and access roads; identified locations and met with landowner to purchase land farms; verified accuracy of all documents; worked with Construction Chief to resolve landowner concerns before they became a construction issue; held meetings with landowner’s attorneys; provided daily reports for management and entered all landowner contacts each day into AMPS; assisted in development of construction line list; took photographs of all the county roads, the access roads & the fences of all tracts assigned to me in Shelby, Panola and Nacogdoches Counties, Texas prior to construction.
