2015 WEDDING CEREMONY AND FEES

These sites rent for $995.00, and includes two (2) hours site time, up to fifty (50) white plastic
chairs, a 4’ table for the signing of your marriage license, a Custom Event Manager, and security.
The Point: Famous for its panoramic view of the vast ocean
seascapes with lush tropical landscapes.
The Imu Gardens: offers a magnificent view of the ocean against
the majestic mountains, along the Waianae coastline.
Our *Beach site is a sandy lagoon cove, which meets up with the rolling surf.
PARADISE COVE SITE INCLUSIONS Site Fee covers up to 50 guests, including bridal party, vendors, etc.
($4.50 per person thereafter) Maximum capacity 100 guests
Ceremony Times: 8:30 a.m., 11:30a.m. & 2:30 p.m.
Includes: Site rental for (2) hours (set up & breakdown included),
(50) White plastic chairs, and (1) 4ft. table with white linen.
SAVE THE DATE To confirm your reservation, a 100% deposit is required.
A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made in writing 6 months
prior to event date. No refund for cancellations made less than 6 months in advance.
Our gates open to the general public at 5:00 p.m.
All fees are subject to 4.712% Hawaii state tax
You must arrange for your own Coordinator, Minister, Transportation, Photographer,
Décor, and Entertainment, if required.
Rental grounds for Wedding Ceremony or Photo Taking is based on availability.
Advance reservations and pre-payment required for all services.
For Wedding Photo-taking & Wedding Rehearsals, same rates apply.

Frequently asked Questions
Can I place a tentative hold on my event? How much deposit do we have to
put down to confirm our site?
A tentative hold will be placed on our calendar for two weeks at no charge or risk to you. 100% deposit on the site fee, or wedding
package will have to be made, within two weeks of receiving your contract to confirm your site. If no deposit or contract is sent
within two weeks, we will take your event off of our calendar, and thereafter, make it open for booking.
Do you offer services for Flower décor, Coordination, Photography/Videography?
Clients are responsible to provide their own vendors if applicable: Coordinator, Transportation, Decorations, Musicians,
Photographer/Videographer. Paradise Cove is not a full service wedding company so, you will be able to hire vendors of your
choice, to assist you with your wedding. On the day of your ceremony, we will provide a Custom event Manager. That person is to
implement the purchased items, will be sure that everything runs smoothly and in a timely manner, and that all policies and
procedures are carried out.
Do you charge a different fee for having an event on the weekends or
holidays?
For weekend events, we do not charge an extra fee, nor do we have different rates for each location. Paradise Cove charges one flat
rate of $995.00 + Hawaii State tax for all site rentals. For events that land on a holiday, you will be subject to a $150.00 charge.
Prices subject to increase for the following year.
Are we allowed to bring in pupu or our own champagne, wine, or soft drinks
for our ceremony?
No outside food, beverages, or pets/animals allowed on property, other than your wedding cake. We do have
services for small pupu servings, and drink services available on our ala carte.
In the event, that it rains, on our event date, what are our options?
Clients are responsible for a weather contingency back up plan. Paradise Cove will not refund your event, due to
unfavorable weather conditions. Clients do have the option of renting a tent, no later than 9am, on the day of their
function.
We are thinking about having a rehearsal or reception dinner into the luau,
do you offer group rates?
Yes, we do offer group rates for having 20 or more guests. If your count was to fall below 20 regular retail rates
would apply. Please contact our sales coordinator for more info.
