Coaches conduct Heads Up Parent Safety Meeting with parents

Introduce Heads Up Football

Reinforce training and mentor organization’s coaches throughout the season

• All youth coaches must complete Level 1 Certification Course/Recertification Quiz

• All high school coaches must complete the High School Heads Up Football Course/Recertification Quiz

HEADS UP PARENT SAFETY MEETING

• Educating and involving parents in the components of Heads Up Football are vital to its success

• By involving parents, better monitoring our young players off the field can occur

• This is an opportunity to strength your organization by providing concise, non-technical information about what your organization is doing to help create a better, safer environment

• Explain the organization’s involvement and define what a parent’s role is in this process

• Focus on the HOW, WHY, WHAT
