Responsibilities:
To answer phone calls.
Have the ability to pre-screen homeowners as to their individual needs
for refinancing their home mortgage and then pre-screening
homeowners for financial service's needs on the same call.
Be coachable / trainable and follow the rules.
Experience:
Preferred if they have prior mortgage industry telemarketing experience.
Otherwise, we will train.
Punctuality and attendance is a must.
Business professional attire during week mandatory.
Willingness to learn new skills.
Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish
Hours:
2:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Mon-Thur
10:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. on Friday
10:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. on Saturday
