Ceremony Package Details: Ceremony packages starting at $1,950++ are available in conjunction with your Catered Reception and

include the rental cost. A minimum of fifty adult guests is required for Saturday night Weddings or twenty five adult guests for alternate nights. Reception packages for 50 or less will have a surcharge. Floral selections will vary seasonally. Additional charges may apply for Salon services depending on special styles or requests with regard to make-up and manicure. Pre-trial spa appointments are not included. Additional upgrades to packages are arranged directly with the vendors.

**Ceremony Only. Should you be interested in hosting just the ceremony, venues are available Monday through Thursday at your preferred

time of day, or at 1:00 PM or prior Friday through Sunday. Availability excludes holidays and special dates. Rental time includes a thirty minute ceremony as well as guest arrival and photos up to thirty minutes immediately after. An additional $500.00 applies when utilizing the Ceremony package for Ceremony only. Reception Packages

Reception venue availability is based on your guest count and preferred dates. Packages are designed and priced for fifty or more adult guests in attendance (additional fees apply with fewer guests in attendance). Receptions packages are inclusive of cocktail reception and meal service for four hours, unless otherwise noted, and include the following elements.

Premium Bar Premium brand liquors, Imported, domestic & microbrew beer, Hilton wines and champagne, assorted soft drinks and mineral water are included for four continuous hours of service beginning with the Cocktail Reception. An additional bartender fee applies.

Hors D’ oeuvres A selection of three butler passed or displayed canapés and hors d’ oeuvres.

Meal Service A selection of plated, buffet, or stations style menu is offered for your guests. We specialize in the freshest ingredients supplied by local farmers bringing nourishment and delicious flavors together to share with you and your guests. Special plated children’s menus are available for ages 5 – 12 years of age at $35.00 per child.

Traditional Toast Hilton Sparkling wine and sparkling cider are offered tableside for your toast.

Wedding Cake Prepared by Freed’s Bakery for a minimum of fifty guests, your cake includes a selection of fondant or buttercream with a variety of flavors. The package includes cake cutting and service with freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated coffee and Tea Forte herbal teas.

Venue Arrangements The venue will include a selection of round or square tables*, banquet chairs, floor length linen, fine china, silver flatware, and votives candles. A selection of linen colors and napkins in basic fabrics are available with rounds and are available in white, ivory and black for square tables. An appropriate size dance floor and cake tables, gift table, and place card table are provided.

Beverage Service

Bar Packages The hotel is responsible for supplying and serving all alcoholic beverages for your event. All guests are required to have valid identification of drinking age. In the interest of the guest experience shots and shooters are not included in the package cost. Hilton staffs one bartender per one hundred guests on host or package bars at $225 per bartender for the four hour bar package. Each additional hour is $50 per bartender. Should you require additional staffing please notify your Catering Manager. Cash bars are staffed one per every seventy five guests following the same labor fee schedule as host bars. Our All-Inclusive ceremony and cocktail reception package is available for more modest and intimate occasions for a maximum of fifty guests in attendance.

The reception is hosted immediately following the Ceremony and includes cocktail rounds with white padded chairs and cabaret tables with house linens. The same audio system may be utilized for the reception (a separate system is provided for the chapel reception). International Cheese Display Artisan and imported cheese varieties garnished with fruits and berries, crackers, lavosh and walnut baguette. Cost of the package is a flat fee for a maximum of 50 guests in attendance and is not subject to discounts or substitutions. Vendor selection is pre-selected based on availability. Additional guests may be added at $100.00 per guest.

VENUE SELECTIONS The Ceremony and Reception is hosted in the same venue with one of three selections: La Capelli Di Amore Chapel, Beach at the Lagoon, and Tuscany Courtyard. A $500 fee applies when utilizing the Chapel for the Ceremony with the reception in the Vecchio Room, or with an indoor reception location with in conjunction with the Ceremony at the Beach or Tuscany Courtyard. Availability: Your ceremony may be hosted at your preferred time Monday through Thursday. For weekend dates (Friday through Sunday) the Ceremony is hosted at 11:00 AM with the reception concluding by 1:30 PM. Alternate times may be available when reserved forty five days prior to your event date.

Wedding Cake

The Wedding cake and service is included with the Wedding reception packages and is prepared by Freed’s Bakery with a three tier cake to serve a minimum of fifty guests (additional charges apply to the package with fewer guests contracted). The cake includes a selection of fondant or buttercream with one of a variety of flavors. Specialty designs or larger cakes are subject to an additional fee. Additional fees apply for cakes with fewer than fifty adult guests. Cake design and tastings may be arranged directly with Freed’s Bakery. While some designs are included, Freed’s can work with you for a variety of enhancements and upgrade options.

Wedding Guidelines

The printed menus are guidelines designed to assist you in selecting a package for your event. The Hilton Catering staff is happy to prepare unique menus for each individual event. All prices are subject to change and should be confirmed by your Catering Manager.

Reserving Your Date/Deposit Ceremony rental and Intimate Wedding Packages may be reserved up to one year prior to your Wedding. For Ceremony with receptions, dates are available up to eighteen months prior to your Wedding date.

Payments are non-refundable. In addition to the full payment a 10% security deposit is required to cover incidentals. All Weddings require a credit card as guarantee. The deposit schedule will be based on your total package selection.

o Ceremony Packages: 50% pre-payment with balance due sixty days prior.

o Ceremony & Reception: 25% pre-payment with signed contract with half of the balance due six months and balance due fourteen days prior to your Wedding date with ceremony and reception.

Food and Beverage Minimums During your site inspection our staff will show venues which are appropriate in size based on your guest count and menu preferences. A food and beverage minimum is established with the contract which is required for use of the space regardless of fluctuation in guest count. The contract is based on the minimum cost of the event and your final estimated invoice is provided by your on site coordinator with your guest count and menu selections.

Catering Services The hotel is responsible for providing all food and beverage for your event. The sale, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages are regulated by the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission. The hotel has an alcoholic beverage license and is subject to regulations promulgated by the State Alcoholic Beverage Commission, violations of which may jeopardize the hotel's license. Consequently, it is the hotel's policy that alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the hotel from outside sources.

Wedding Cake The traditional cake cutting fee service is included in your package. Should you arrange a Wedding cake on your own the cake must be supplied by a NV State licensed baker.

Menu Tasting A complimentary menu tasting for two is available for plated menus with Weddings of 100 or more guests based on availability Tuesday through Friday. Your Coordinator will discuss menu selections available for the tasting and scheduling options.

Guarantee The guaranteed number of guests attending is required for all catered meal functions by 12:00 noon three business days in advance or the expected attendance will become the final guarantee, not subject to reduction. Additional time is required with split menus as well as during holiday seasons.

Seating Package pricing is based on banquet seating for the guaranteed guest count and will be set with round or square tables (limited quantity) of eight to ten guests, unless otherwise specified. Special seating diagrams with numbered tables are available upon request.

Noise Restrictions In accordance with Lake Las Vegas noise ordinances all outdoor events and events in the Pavilion have a 10:00 PM noise restriction. Hilton is not accountable for noise from the MonteLago Village LLV produced outdoor public events.

Décor All décor must be provided by Nevada licensed Event Professionals and must be approved by the venue as well as meet the approval of the Henderson NV Fire Department. Sand, sugar or confetti are not permitted as décor for indoor function and are subject to additional cleaning fees. Vendors are responsible for all set-up and breakdown of décor items.

Service Charge and Sales Tax Prevailing service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. According to NV Tax Codes, service charges are subject to tax.

Additional Charges For groups of (50) persons or less, an additional rental cost of $250.00 will apply for Wedding receptions. Labor fees apply per bartender at $175 for the first hour and $50 each additional hour and chef fees at $175.00 for two hours. Additional labor charges may apply for events hosted on the following holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day (Ceremony only rental is not available for holidays or special dates).

Accommodations Should you be interested in arranging hotel accommodations for your guests a minimum of ten (10) guest rooms is required for at least one of the nights with a guarantee usage of the total number of rooms blocked. Additional rooms may be added to the block at the group rate upon availability. Check- in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM daily.

Resort Amenities For the convenience of hotel guests the Hilton Lake Las Vegas offers a variety of amenities.
