I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Jann Woznicki at the Hydraulics Facility at Caterpillar Joliet where she performed as a Supply Chain Performance Engineer.

Jann is extremely intelligent; detail oriented, and has exceptional follow up skills. In only a short time, she worked with her suppliers to become current on schedules, resolving all past due schedules, and established a great working relationship going forward. She is a team player with high emotional intelligence and gets along well with the entire team. She will definitely be missed and we are grateful for all her contributions and expertise. Jann’s experience as a buyer, lean manufacturing and 6 Sigma, and performance engineer are second to none.
