Greetings to you from The Stage This season marks the first full year of Stage programming, and we are pulling out all the stops to put shows on The Stage which reflect the diversity of our audience. From a Musical to a Comedy, a Farce to a Drama there is a little bit of everything in the 2012-2013 Stage Season.

The Stage at Island Park may be a new name, but the building is in the same location it has been since the community came together to build the theatre in 1964. In 2009 The Board of Directors, along with the visioning leaders of FMCT, decided the future of the community theatre was one where collaboration was at its core. So they opened their doors for area theatre companies to produce their work. Tin Roof Theatre Company, Bare Stage Theatre, Music Theatre Fargo-Moorhead, Red River Players, and ActUp Theatre Company all call The Stage home. We are also fortunate to partner with Jade Presents to bring you great concerts in our intimate space. We believe this is the community’s theatre and are continuing to program a venue which is full and vibrant throughout the year.

We hope you will join us in supporting all the theatre companies as they bring you their productions this season at The Stage. Look for information on our Stagedoor Pass near the end of the brochure. The Stagedoor Pass is the most affordable way to see all of the shows included in this brochure.

This season we are once again offering the Stagedoor Pass. This pass will allow you one seat per show in our Stage Season. The season consists of all the theatre productions found in this brochure. These are not good for Jade Presents Concerts or Music Theatre Fargo-Moorhead productions. We may at times offer special ticket incentives for outside productions to our Stagedoor Pass holders.
