The attachment to this email contains the letter that the secretary of State sent out to all High School principals on December 11th, informing them of their lawful responsibility under Texas election code. Remember that we are trying to create a culture of voting among Latinos, but we must first get them registered to vote. No student in Texas should graduate without being registered for voting; its the least that can be done in promotion of civic responsibility.
