engineering design projects; previous projects include: n building your own functional interactive dance pad gamen designing assistive technology for the physically challengedn making your own iPod speakern designing an artbotn creating intelligent electric clothes

n Saturday, 4 p.m., Closing design exhibition , families and friends invited!

Are you interested in making a difference in the world? Sweet Briar College is hosting an engineering weekend for sophomores, juniors and seniors to explore the field of engineering. It’s a chance to “try on” engineering as a college major.

You’ll work on cool engineering design projects with

full-time faculty members and current students. And you

can pick our brains about engineering and college life in

general all you want.

The cost for this weekend is only $30 and it includes

lodging, all meals, supplies and a T-shirt. There are only

25 spots, so sign up now.
