About Today's Game: The Moravian College men’s basketball team welcomes Drew University to

Bethlehem for today's Landmark Conference game. The Greyhounds enter today’s game riding a four-

game win streak after defeating The United States Merchant Marine Academy, 87-76, last night. Last

weekend, Moravian went 2-0 in conference play defeating The Catholic University of America and

Goucher College.

Junior guard D.J. Strayhorn earned Landmark Conference Player of the Week and was named to

the D3hoops.com Team of the Week. Last week, he averaged 20.8 points, 4.8 assists and three steals per

game while shooting 41-percent from the fi eld, 44-percent from three-point range and 92-percent from

the foul line. On the season, Strayhorn is tied for 24th in NCAA Division III with 2.6 steals per game.

He has a team-high 19.2 points per game, 47 assists and 34 steals.

Junior guard Garrett Johnson is the team’s deep threat with 26 three-pointers to go with his 13.7

points, 4.3 rebounds per contest, 46 assists and 25 steals. Senior forward Jeff Cullinan is putting up 8.3

points and 4.6 boards per game to go with his 14 three-pointers and fi ve blocks while sophomore guard

Kenny Gula is averaging 6.9 points per game to go with his 20 assists and 12 three’s.

Freshman guard Izel Dickerson has 24 assists to go with 6.7 points per game while senior forward

Marcus Hardy has a team-high 6.9 rebounds per game and 11 blocks to go with his 5.4 points a game.

Sophomore forward Cameron Cullen is the Greyhounds top bench man with 5.5 points and 3.7 rebounds

per contest.

Junior forward Aaron Thieme is putting up 5.0 points and 5.0 rebounds per game to go with his

11 blocks while freshman guard Kevin Pankonien has 3.3 points per game and 15 assists. Senior guard

Mark Koelbel is averaging 7.9 minutes a game, and has 19 points and 16 rebounds on the year.

Moravian has outscored its opponents by an average of 3.5 points per contest this winter. The Grey-

hounds have a better shooting percentage from the foul line and are forcing an average of 2.1 turnovers

per contest. Moravian is currently 3-0 at home versus conference opponents this season.

The Rangers are led by senior guard Asmar Capers, who is averaging a team-high 20.3 points per

contest to go with his 3.5 rebounds per game and 18 assists. Junior guard Terrell Brown is leading Drew

in rebounds per game (7.7), assists (42) and steals (22) to go with his 13.9 points per game and seven

blocks.

The Moravian vs. Drew Series: Today's contest is the 62nd meeting between the two schools. The Greyhounds hold a 47-14 series advantage,

including a 20-4 mark inside Johnston Hall. Moravian is 13-2 in the team's last 15 meetings. Last season the Greyhounds won the fi rst meeting

63-57 at home, but lost the second meeting 99-96 in overtime on the road.
