Hitting Camp Description: Instruction from Razorback coaches and players at Baum Stadium indoor hitting facility. This camp offers extensive instruction on stance/setup, swing mechanics, hitting positions and mentality. Dates: Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010 Times: Morning (ages 9-12) • 9 a.m.-noon Afternoon (ages 13-18) • 1-4 p.m. Razorback Holiday Classic Description: Showcase camp where a “Pro-style” workout will take place along with instruction. Teams will also tour the Arkansas weight room and academic center and get a chance to visit with Arkansas’ weight coach and academic advisor. For High School players only. Dates: Saturday, Dec. 18, 2010 Times: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Junior Razorback Camp Description: This camp offers extensive instruction on hitting, bunting, fielding, throwing, base running and competition. For ages 6-12 only. Dates: Saturday, Jan. 8, 2011 Times: 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Hitting/Position Camp Description: The morning hitting session will cover stance/set-up, swing mechanics, , mentality, hitting position, pitch recognition, and drills. The afternoon session allows campers to choose from one of the three positions – Infield, Outfield, or Catcher and learn what it takes to play defense at the SEC level. Dates: Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011 Times: Hitting • 9 a.m.-noon Lunch (provided) • noon-1 p.m. Defense • 1-4 p.m. Pitching Camp Description: This camp will cover pitching mechanics, pitch grips, signals, drills/bullpen work, pickoffs and count/pitch selection. A MESSAGE FROM COACH VAN HORN“I would like to personally invite you to our 2010-11 Razorback Baseball Camps held at the No. 1 college baseball facility in the country. As coaches we look forward to these camps because they get us back into the coaching and teaching mind set and prepare us for our upcoming season. RAZORBACK HITTING ACADEMYA four-week hitting academy is offered to campers ages 12 & up at the in-door facility at Baum Stadium. Monthly sessions will be offered once a week for 90 minutes each. The academy will be instructed by Razorback coaches and staff. Camp numbers will be kept to a minimum to ensure maximum instruction and ratios not to exceed 4 to 1. WHAT YOU NEEDEach camper will need to provide his/her own baseball glove, baseball bat, baseball cleats/spikes, baseball cap, tennis shoes (indoor workouts), baseball pants (optional), and spending money for concession & Razorback Gear.

WHERE AND WHEN TO REPORTAll campers attending the All Skills Camp, Day Pitching Camp, Hitting/Position Camp, & Select Showcase will need to check in 20 minutes prior to the camp starting time at the Razorback Indoor Hitting Complex at Baum Stadium.
