Project DescriptionProject Description: : Replace existing shingle roof and all flashings with new CertainTeed Landmark Premium Shingles, replace gutters and downspouts with new 6" .032 Brown aluminum gutters and Leaf Defier gutter guard and 3" x 4" Brown aluminum downspouts, Replace damaged and buckled siding and staining new siding as needed, for fabricating and installing new aluminum chimney cap, and for removing back deck and rebuilding new Trex deck and railings to larger dimensions.
