progressively decrease under storage conditions of starvation and aerobic stress (Hald et al., 2001).
There is relationship between the genetically determined outer membrane composition, strain survivability and infectivity and consequently risk potential for human health (On et al.,2006)
C. jejuni has a weak clonal population
structure, and that intra- and interspecies horizontal genetic exchange is a common event (Dingle et al.,2001a).
