Page 2: 17 Biennial International Conference Facilitating Holistic ... · centered nursing across populations and cultures. This international conference provides a forum to discuss strategies

1. Encourage intercultural dialogue to facilitate healing, health and wellbeing through understanding the client’s worldview and cultural perspective.

2. Disseminate knowledge and application of Modeling and Role-Modeling holistic nursing theory acquired through research, practice, and teaching.

3. Provide a forum for intercultural dialogue on holistic nursing concepts in relation to Modeling and Role-Modeling theory.

4. Inspire best practices, education and research grounded in holistic relationship-centered nursing across populations and cultures.

This international conference provides a forum to discuss strategies that encourage understanding the client’s worldview. Through this lens, a foundation essential to facilitating clients’ health, healing, and wellbeing, within a cultural perspective, will be shared.
