Who is CaLP ?Consortium composed of Oxfam GB, the British Red Cross, Save the Children UK, the Norwegian Refugee Council and Action Against Hunger / ACF International.
The CaLP believes that cash transfers and vouchers are a tool that can contribute to making humanitarian preparedness and response more effective at meeting the diverse needs of affected people, while
promoting recovery.
