Watching too much TV Hours in front of mindless entertainment adds up.
Always checking your phone Smartphones are awesome, but becoming addicted
to them, no so much.
Absorbing political rhetoric Fear and anger sell news, not mindfulness.
Social mediaville Living in social mediaville is awesome, till you try
to leave...
Eating mindlessly Too much of a good tasty thing...
Keeping up with the “...” Can you calculate the true cost of trying to
“keep up?” It's not just financial.
Judging and comparing Are we really judging others, or constantly
putting ourselves in a kangaroo court?
Self medicating Don't ever trust the bottle, it lies.
Mental laziness There's no greater waste than spending your own
potential mindlessly following others.
Bad time management Managing time can free up more time for
meditation and mindfulness.
Multitasking Trying to be good at everything usually leaves
you good at nothing.
Being a workahaulic Ever stop and think who it is you're “working”
for and why you do it so much?
Wallowing in regret Do you love reliving past pain that much that you
need to spend all of your time there?
Living a fantasy Why not make your own life that cool?
Procrastination Why do today what you can put off till tomorrow?
