God is a God of surprises because He loved us first. God awaits us to surprise us (in Iloilo City at the 14th International Catholic Mens Conference on March 27-29, 2015). Let us allow ourselves, to be surprised by God God reveals himself through surprises. Inspiring words from our beloved Pope Francis, who affirms us of our theme this year Amor Vincit Omnia which means Love Conquers All. Let us gather with expectant faith to what our Lord will reveal to us in this conference. Thus, we encourage everyone especially the men to attend this conference to be strengthened and nourished, to take advantage of the special offer we are getting from Punta Villa Resort which is a two night three day stay with buffet meals. Plus, if we register on or before March 16, 2015 we can avail of the 10% discounted rate. TRAVEL ADVISORY: Our venue Punta Villa Resort is one hour away from Santa Barbara, Iloilo Airport, upon arrival on Friday March 27, 2015 CFC Iloilo Transport Committee have arranged shuttle vans that will bring our delegates directly to Punta Villa Resort for a reasonable fare (vice versa on March 29, 2015 venue to airport), same as from Iloilo Pier to venue. Any other destinations or side trips or tours will be done accordingly on a personal arrangement with the vehicle owners. STOMP PRAISE COMPETION: Stomp Praise competition is still on and we look forward to the 1st place to 3rd place winners of the Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao winners to compete for the International Championship Bout

although we still encourage other areas to join in this competition especially from the international delegation. Stomp Praise is like worshiping without instruments and making sounds from clapping of hands and stomping of feet. Groups may come up with choreographies and own chant lyrics mixing up with our community songs. This year theme is focused on Love More & Love Conquers All. A CAPPELLA NIGHT: The CFC SOLD International Core Group, after performing an a cappella song number Lean On Me at the Mall of Asia Arena last Jan. 10,2015 have decided to include this as one of our creative competitions. Here are the Guidelines:

1. This is open to all registered delegates to join. Each area is entitled to present one song in a cappella preferably in English or Tagalog.

2. Presenting groups must be at least 4 to 12 singers; they can re-arrange the song they will be performing, to stick to the given time of 3 minutes per presentation.

3. Songs must be wholesome; it can be religious or pop music and since this is an a cappella competition no instruments are allowed to be use during the actual singing.

4. A cappella night competition will be on Friday Night, please submit entries upon claiming of conference kit at the registration table with Bro. Roy Verdolaga secretariat.

5. We encourage participant of this competition not to use the song Lean on Me for it shall be presented by the core group. May God be Praised!

Again we would like to reiterate that this conference is open for all men of CFC and even to non-CFC members. So let us take this opportunity to invite men who really needs to know Christ and appreciate being in community, let this be a gate way evangelization for them.
