Đệ trình các bản vẽ của hệ thống chống sét thể hiện những thông tin theo sau

Submit layout drawings of the lightning protection system showing the following information:

- Các chi tiết của vị trí lắp đặt và các lọai đầu nối, kim thu sét và các cọc nối đất, cáp thoát

sét, vật liệu sử dụng và các vật tư thiết bị cần thiết để giảm thiểu các ăn mòn điện hóa.

Details of the locations and types of joints, air and earth terminations, downconductors,

materials used, and provisions for minimising galvanic action.

Arrangement of components in earthing pits.

3. CHỐNG SÉTLIGHTNING PROTECTION

Tất cả các thiết bị, dây cáp và phụ kiện dây cáp, treo đỡ dây cáp phải được cung cấp từ

cùng một nhà sản xuất hoặc được chấp thuận của Nhà tư vấn.

All equipment, cable and cable accessories, cable supports to be supplied by the same

manufacturer or approved by the Engineer

3.1. Cọc tiếp địa

Earth terminations Năng lượng sét được dẫn xuống đất, một vùng đất có trở kháng thấp là cần thiết làm tản đi năng

lượng sét vào trong lòng đất một cách hiệu quả nhất. Hệ thống nối đất bao gồm:

Once the energy is conducted to ground level, a low impedance ground is essential to dissipate

the lightning energy into the earth mass as effectively as possible. The earthing system shall

consist of:

- Cọc đồng tiếp đất – có đường kính 16mm và dài 2.4m.

Copper Ground Rods – 16mm x 2.4m long.

- Dây cáp đồng trần 70mm2 dùng để nối các cọc đồng với nhau.

Bare Copper Cable 70mm2 for connecting copper rods together.

- Cáp thoát sét mục đích đặc biệt có trở kháng và độ tự cảm thấp nối kim thu sét xuống hố

tiếp địa.

Low impedance and inductance special purpose downconductor connecting air terminal to

earthing pit.

- Dùng hàn nhiệt hoá Cadweld để hàn cáp đồng trần và cọc đồng tiếp đất.

Exothermic Welded Cadweld for welding copper rod and bare copper cable.

- Vật liệu làm giảm điện trở đất sẽ phải được dùng nhưng không nhỏ hơn 3 kg cho một cọc

tiếp đất.

Grounding Enhancement Material shall be used but not less than 3 kilogram per earthing

rod..

An approved earth pit shall be used to connect the down conductor to the earthing system

- Giá trị điện trở của hệ thống cọc nối đất phải nhỏ hơn hoặc bằng 10 ohms.

The resistance value of the earth termination system shall be 10 ohms or less.

3.2. Kim thu sét

Air terminalLắp đặt một hệ thống chống sét mới cho một vùng chưa được bảo vệ sử dụng kim thu sét

chủ động Ioniflash hoặc được chứng nhận là tương đương. Kim thu sét có bán kính vùng bảo vệ

phải tối thiểu 48m.

Install a new lightning system for the non-protection area using active air terminals

equal to Pulsar or approved equivalent. The air terminal should have an area of coverage of

48 m protection radius.

Kim thu sét chủ động sẽ chặn đứng luồng sét phóng ra tại một thời điểm thích hợp sớm hơn kỹ

thuật chống sét thông thường. Trong trường hợp dông sét sắp xảy ra kim thu sét trở nên bị động

và làm cho hiệu ứng corona được cực tiểu hóa. Trong khoảng thời gian một phần ngàn giây tia

tiên đạo sét đi xuống, nó sẽ chủ động ghép điện dung với bề mặt kim thu sét, thu hút năng

lượng và giúp cho tiên đạo được phóng lên nhanh chóng đón bắt và dẫn tia sét đi xuống. Dòng

sét sau đó sẽ được dẫn xuống đất bằng cáp thoát sét có khả năng chuyển năng lượng sét an toàn

đi vào lòng đất

The active air terminal is to intercept lightning discharges at a preferred point earlier than

conventional lightning protection techniques. The air terminal is to be passive on approach of a

storm, and produce minimal corona. In the milliseconds prior to the approach of a

lightning down leader it shall become active through capacitive oupling, absorb energy

and assist in triggering an upward intercepting discharge to capture and control the main

downleader. Lightning should then be drawn to the downconductor system to enable the safe

transfer of energy to ground.

3.3. InstallationThermal expansion

Provide expansion loops in horizontal air terminations between fixing points.

3.4. Surge protectionMain distribution board

Surge divertors shall be provided for installation at the MSB. The divertors shall consist of a

single block MOV with a 120kA surge rating, connected in a shunt configuration between each

phase and neutral.

Telecommunications lines

Multi-stage with fast acting secondary clamp plug-in modules (ISO-K-10) shall be provided at

the MDF for surge protection on all incoming/outgoing telephone lines.

Transient earth clamps

Transient earth clamps shall be installed between the different earthing systems, with the

following characteristics,

- Equipotential bonding in transient conditions only

- Automatic reset after operation

- Robust housing

- 100 kA 8/20 microseconds surge rating

- 350 to 230 V breakdown rating

- Erico or equivalent

Test units

Provide a test device(s) to measure transient protection, particularly MOV and Gas Arrestors and

TLP test units.

Other accessories

Provide other accessories for installation by the same manufacturer of air terminal:

Aerial mast support

Guying kit, included fibre glass cable

Brackets, clamp, anchor Water deflecting cone Tripod support

Adapter, fastener, clip, clamp Conductor supporting stud

3.5. TestingTesting shall be to TCVN 46-2007

Provide test of lightning system by a pulsar lightning conductor test kit by activating the high-

voltage generator. The testing kit enables a contact with the Pulsar tip, the tester being connected

to the bottom of the pole and to the down conductor.

Earth resistance must be tested by an authorised authority body.

Allow for any certification of authority body required by Vitenamese Law.
