This letter is to notify you that on December 13th, 2019 PAWS Workholding purchased the Multi Collet Fixture Line of Business from Beere Precision Products, Inc. This sale includes the intellectual property pertaining specifically to the Multi Collet fixture line of products listed below:
- Uniform Multi Collet Fixture - 10 Uniform 5C Multi Collet Fixture- 3J Multi Collet Fixture - In-Line Multi Collet Fixture
- Indexable In-Line Multi Collet Fixture- MultiDex 360 - Tilt Rotary MultiDex 360- Hydraulic Booster
PAWS Workholding intends to carry on the Beere name by manufacturing and re-selling many of the Beere Multi Collet products you have come to know and use in your manufacturing operations over the years.PAWS Workholding operates as a DBA underneath our Parent Company, Montague Tool & ManufacturingCompany. Montague has been is business since 1943 primarily as a Contract Manufacturing company.
We have many years of knowledge in both the manufacturing and workholding sides of our business. PAWS Workholding specializes in automated multiple-part workholding fixtures for the OEM and Contact Manufacturing businesses.
