• Most nuts grow on trees

• Can you name some nuts?

A Nut Is:

High in healthy fats

• We need some fat in our diet

• A serving of nuts is 1 oz, or about 1/4 cup

A Nut Is:

High in vitamins and minerals we need

• Nuts have some calcium, and a lot of magnesium.

• What’s the big deal with magnesium?
