1. How to fix a HP Printer, not printing black ink and missing colors.

1.First of all go control panel and home screen 2. Touch link icon 3.see image

Note:-When an indicator shows low ink levels ,consider having a replacement ink cartridge available to avoid possible printing delays.1

2.Replace any low or empty ink cartridges.1 . Press the power button & turn on the product.2. Open the cartridge access door3 Press the tab on the front of the cartridge.

3.Remove the cartridge from the slotRemove the plastic rape And pulling the orange tab.

4.Remove the plastic wrap from a new cartridgeRemove orange cap

5.Remove the orange cap from the cartridge1 . Remove the orange cap and twist cap counter clock wise until it snap off .

6.Insert the cartridge1. Nozzle and contact facing down2. Push cartridge into its slots.3 .Press down on the cartridge until its firmly seated.4. Cartridge level matches color icon on the slot.

7.Close the cartridge access door.Close the cartridge access door .

When the ink cartridges are properly vented and seated correctly.

8.Open the ink cartridge access doorpress power button. if its not already on, wait until printer is idle and silent before you continue.Open the ink cartridge access door .And move access area.

9.Remove the ink cartridge from its slot1. Press the tab on the front of black cartridge inward to release it.2. Pull up on ink cartridge to remove it from for it s slot.

10.Vent area on the ink cartridgeExamine the vent area above the hp logo on the top of the link cartridge

11. Orange pull tab1.If the ink cartridge orange pull-tab attached, pull to remove it.

12. Clean the clogged vent with a pin

1.If the vent is clogged, use a straight pin to gently remove excess adhesivefrom the vent.

Clogged ventWith straight pin, gently remove access adhesive from the ventUnclogged vent

13. Reinsert the ink cartridge.With the nozzle and contact facing down.slide the ink cartridge into its slot. Press down on the ink cartridge until it clicks into place.

Repeat these steps to inspect the vents on each of the ink cartridges.

14.Close the ink cartridge access door1.Close the ink cartridge access door

Clean the printhead1. Make sure that plain white letter or A4 size paper is loaded in thetray.2. Go to the Control panel and home screen, click the right Arrow andClick setup icon3. Click tools and click c lean printhead , And printer clean the printhead Andprint a test page

16.Example of print quality test page1. Review the print Quality on the test page.

Note :-If the printhead is badly clogged, you might need to clean the printhead several times to restore normal print quality. If a second cleaning is required, wait 30 minutes before cleaning again.16
