ACA 111A “basecamp” is a starting point! It is where climbers plan and prepare for their climb, gather their resources, evaluate routes, and make decisions.

Career Coach Reflection
Goal: “Students will learn how to explore careers and inform their career decision-making.” They will
1. Identify and explain their internal personality-based interests, weaknesses, and relevant career interests
2. Identify and rank potential fields of interest
3. Compare potential fields of interest
4. Select one and further research that field
Five Year Plan
Goal: Students should:
1. Strengthen understanding of career pathways leading to success
2. Identify stackable credential within degrees that represent stepping stones to degree and needed in career path
3. Explain activities that lead to and support professional learning and success
4. Analyze and synthesize the academic, professional, and leisure aspects of their lives that integrate and lead to professional success
5. Incorporate self-assessment as key component of goal setting and achievement
