The Benefits of Training Brutally Competitive world.

Career development requires continual up-skilling (just to stand still)

Technology & demographic changes drive requirements for “more value-add” skills

Training enhances flexibility; keep more options open

DVG. Complicated range of businesses; you need to understand them to be fully effective

Small group; ambitious growth targets. We will not achieve them unless our people grow fast as well (remember PERMIT 10-15%+)

DV Committed to grow our people; need training to take on more responsibilities
