- cation exchange (CIEX)

- nanofiltration (NF)

- reverse osmosis (RO)

RESULTS

• Silica and/or aluminosilicate scaling are limiting the recovery

• The limiting recovery in our system is about 94%

• Silica must be removed or kept in solution to achieve the ZLD concept
