your program current with workforce needs a challenge.
Having a high quality program is paramount to meeting the needs of area employers.
Educators attending the session will learn about a collaborative Program Development Process, review steps taken, and discuss options for future program development.

The college process where Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) provide a job analysis and define the Duties and Tasks for a particular job.
