As I explain at the start of every show, I have been working with the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines for a number of years now, promoting the excellent work that they do informing and educating the motoring public about their rights. And, in conjunction with a number of different groups, we have now formed the new Know Your Rights group and we are committed to finding new ways to wake people up to the truth in regards to what is really going on in the world. We would especially like to thank John, who runs RAT FM for this great opportunity to do these broadcasts over his new digital radio network.

This is now our 15th broadcast and we have had some very positive responses and people have been eager to hear parts of our previous broadcasts that they may have missed and I'm happy to report that we now have podcasts up on-line of all our broadcasts - which, so far, include: unjust and unlawful traffic fines, the ultimate banking fraud, why personal tax is voluntary and the fact that the ATO is not a legal entity and the importance of the Commonwealth Constitution as well as our recent interviews with John Vico and David Woods. So there's lots of great information up on-line now in case you have missed anything.

As always, the point of these broadcasts is to inform and educate people about the truth and about their rights. It still amazes and concerns me how many people are still brainwashed by the government propaganda about things like speeding fines - "Speed Kills" and "Every K over is a killer", people who still don't see that 9/11 was an inside job or understand the fraud that is perpetrated by the banking elite every day. Before we get into the main part of this week’s show I wanted to let our listeners know that we have some more, brand new information on our website that may be of interest to some of you.

Many of you will recall that Tracy Bartram, who we had on our show a few weeks ago, raised the issue of immunisation/vaccination. There are many different opinions about this topic but the one that rings true to us is this: if your doctor truly believes that immunisation is safe then he should have no issue signing the Vaccination Warranty Form that we have now uploaded to our Court Cases web page. And, yes, we know it’s not a court case, as such, but we’re running out of room for new pages and that seemed like the most logical place for us to put it.

So, if the question of whether or not to vaccinate your child is an issue for you, or for someone you know, we would urge you to download that document and have a read over it and ask your doctor to sign it before undertaking any action like that.

Now, Tracy also raised the issue of fluoride in our water supply and one of our listeners – I believe it may have even been your father, Brenton - actally told us about a case up in QLD where a group of people successfully managed to have fluoride removed from the water supply after issuing a $250,000 per head invoice to the council for compensation for having it in their water. Well, one of our other listeners sent us through a great article which details the fact that one of the oldest and most prestigious medical journals has now officially classified fluoride as a neurotoxin. Read Article.

Now, as I mentioned at the start of this week’s show, we have more exciting news in regards to our upcoming Know Your Rights seminar. I have again had meetings with a number of groups over this past weekend and can confirm that the venue for our first official seminar will be the Unity Hall at 4 Renown Street in Burwood on the 15th of November. This venue will be familiar to anyone who attends the Burwood CLRG meetings. The seminar will be a full day seminar and will run from 9am – 5pm. We have a new page dedicated to all of the information on our upcoming seminar and you can find that at www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/seminar

You will find a full outline of topics that will be discussed on the day as well is details of how to book your seat at this seminar. Please note that this is a pre registered event – ie. You cannot just turn up on the day - and is by private invitation only.

So, to make it clear, the procedure that you need to follow to book a seat is to make a $100 donation and include your name and email address with that donation.

That donation can be made by Paypal or direct bank deposit into one of our foundation accounts – which, by the way, is one of the things that we will be discussing at the seminar and is something that we use ourselves and have done for a number of years now. We will then email you back confirming your private invitation to attend the event and, we will also send you a full breakdown of exactly how the day will be conducted.

We have now organised a flyer for the event and we would urge people to go to that new seminar page and download a copy of that flyer and forward that on to everyone on your contact list via email and also cut and paste it into your Facebook profile as well is any other Facebook groups that you may be part of.

We have now finalised a complete list of topics that will be discussed on the day and you can find all those details on our Seminar page. One of the most important points to note is that, in addition to all of the topics we will be covering, during the course of the event, we will also be clearing up a number of misconceptions and bits of misinformation that we are aware that a number of other speakers are spreading in their seminars.

I said last week that it was great that so many people were starting to “wake up” to the truth and that more people were getting involved in the “truth movement” but, sadly, as is the case in many industries, certain people have seen this as simply a income producing opportunity and they have not fully researched and/or tested the information that they are presenting.

Our speakers will only be presenting information that they have either tried and tested themselves or, that they have definitive proof that others have tried and tested it successfully and informed them of those successes. To give you a quick idea of the quality of speakers that we have lined up:

We have Darryl from CLRG, who will be speaking about the Commonwealth Constitution and how it applies to all of us and he will also be talking about the local government class action and the local government press releases that we have on our website. He will also be discussing contract law, true property ownership as well as a heap of information that goes way above and beyond what some of our listeners may have previously heard about in some of the CLRG meetings.

We will also have a representative from Aussie Speeding Fines, who will obviously be discussing all aspects of unjust and unlawful traffic fines and we believe that we will also have someone from the Operate in the Private group, who will be talking about private foundations, trusts and self managed super funds as well as some other aspects of private banking and tax.

Obviously, I will be there as well, representing the Know Your Rights group and I will be covering a number of topics that are not otherwise addressed by the other speakers - including the various frauds being committed by the banks and the Strawman concept.

And, given that my background is as a speaker and a success coach, I can guarantee that the information will be presented to you in a completely different way to any other seminars that you may have experienced before. It will be hard hitting but presented in a fun and humerous way. It will be confronting and challenging but also inspiring and empowering and our aim is to have people leave our seminar fired up and raring to take action and stand up for their new-found rights.

We have already had a number of registrations of interest for a seminar from people in New South Wales and Queensland as well and, at this stage, we are in the process of planning a seminar in Sydney and Brisbane either later this year or early next year and we are looking to follow those up with one in Perth as well.

Whilst we’re on the subject of our seminars and the speakers who will be attending, I have again spoken to the guys at Operate in the Private again this week after receiving a number of phone calls myself from people asking about private foundations. This is clearly of interest to people, which is great news, and we will definitely be covering it in our upcoming seminar but, given the number of people that keep contacting me about them, I figure I should go over some of the basics again.

In essence, a private foundation has no tax obligations, it is not registered with any State or Commonwealth department and it is one of the first major steps to operating privately rather than publically.

Now, I have spoken before about the Strawman concept and your ALL CAPS name, which is what the government and their agents use to “do business” with you. A private foundation is one of the primary ways around that when it comes to protecting and maximising your income.

A private foundation is a completely separate entity. If you think of a company that has directors and liken that to a foundation that has participants, then you will get the idea. A private foundation, however, is not registered with any government agency like a company is and has no tax obligations like a company does. It also doesn’t have an ABN and, since most people who invoice work out to other companies in order to get paid are required to provide an ABN, when the Operate in the Private guys set up your foundation, they also provide you with an official ATO form that explains why your foundation is exempt from requiring an ABN and that enables you to invoice them directly form the foundation, without one.

I don’t want to take up too much time on this show because, whilst there are clearly a number of people interested in these structures, I also understand that it is not for everyone. We do have some more information on our Financial Protection web page and there is also more information available via the Operate in the Private website – www.operateintheprivate.com – and, if you e-mail them and ask them for one, they will send you out a very comprehensive FAQ document that will more than likely answer any other questions you may have.

The main thing I want to avoid is any of our listeners getting ripped off and, as I mentioned on last week’s show, I heard some very disturbing news from a couple of people I spoke to recently. I met one gentleman a week or so ago who had recently paid $2,000 to have a private foundation set up and still didn’t know how to deal with the fact that the foundation didn’t have an ABN and how he could be paid into that foundation because the people that set it up to him never even provided a copy of the ATO’s official ABN waiver form.

And then, just last week, I received a call from another gentleman who had a very similar experience. And then, just this past weekend, I spoke to another gentleman who said that a certain group was telling blatant lies about foundations – that there were many different types and they were charging all this extra money because they were supposedly choosing the foundation that

was just right for you and your circumstances yet, there is only one type of private foundation

Yes, there are a number of different types of foundations, but only one type of “private foundation”. So, please be careful before handing over your hard earned money.

I know the Operate in the Private guys don’t like a lot of questions but I’m sure if you keep them short and simple they would be happy to answer the odd question here and there, especially if it stopped people from being charged 2 to 3 times what they should be.

Now, as I’ve said a number of times before, we all need to pay for a roof over our heads and to put food on the table but to charge an overinflated price and give substandard service at the same time, I think is totally unacceptable. So, again, I take this opportunity to remind everybody that the guys at Operate in the Private are providing Know Your Rights listeners with fully compliant private foundations for only $600 – now, that’s less than one third of what other people are charging.

Not only that, but they provide you with an extremely comprehensive set of FAQ documents before you get started and also provide you with additional documentation once the foundation has been set up and, they also arrange for the actual foundation bank account to be set up for you as well.

And, finally, just before we go to our next song break, I have mentioned a number of times in recent broadcasts, the amount of work that goes into creating these shows each and every week. Again, I don’t want a harp on that but I do want to remind our listeners that the general feedback that we receive each week is that people really appreciate and value the information that we present in each of these broadcasts. Accordingly, we do need to try and generate some cash flow for the program.

I have mentioned a number of times that we have had feedback and requests from our listeners asking for a smaller, edited, MP3 downloadable version of our podcasts with the music edited out and we have also had requests for transcripts of our broadcasts as well. As a result of a number of requests along those lines, we have now organised with one of our listeners to do that editing for us each and every week after our show - and I need to do a very special shout out to Malcolm for his assistance in this regard.

Our web guys have now finished building the new membership area and, whilst it is fairly basic, it works and will save you a lot of time and hassle by being able to download a much smaller MP3 file, that has all the music edited out, as well as a copy of the actual notes that I use during each show which, in most cases, details word-for-word what I say during the program.

As discussed previously, to access that new membership area, all you need to do is go to www.knowyourrightsgroup.com.au/members and follow the simple step-by-step instructions that are provided there.

Very briefly, we are requesting a very small monthly donation of just $19.95 each month, which works out to be less than five dollars a week, or about 1 cup of coffee and, for that donation, you will have access to those edited podcasts as well as the notes from each show and you will be able to access them a few days before the standard podcasts are uploaded to our website.

At the end of the day, we are setting this up more as an incentive for people to make small regular donations to us as opposed to selling a professional product as such. And, as I just mentioned before, we still want to make sure that we are always giving people great value for money. So, in this instance, people can still listen to our weekly broadcast live on air each Tuesday night for free and people can still download our regular podcast from our website each week for free as well. However, for those who would like to provide us with a little bit of extra support each week, they will now get a few extra benefits, being the edited, reduced file size of our podcasts as well as a copy of the notes that go with it.

This is a really great way to help out your fellow motorists, by directing them towards information that is going to educate and inform them about their rights and also earn a great little income on the side.

If anyone has a large database or a website that gets a lot of hits then this is a great opportunity to help them spread the word and make some serious cash as well. As I said before, in my view, every man or woman who travels in an automobile should have a copy of the Aussie Speeding Fines e-book in their glovebox – it’s just that simple.

No-one ever hesitates to fork out for the study book that you need to initially get your licence but that doesn’t actually teach you anything about how to drive safely or your rights, it just teaches you how to get your licence. So, for the sake of as little as $67, why wouldn’t you buy an ASF e-book membership the moment you actually got your licence to protect you – it makes sense to me.

And, they also asked me to remind you that they have bumper stickers and business cards available completely free of charge and I believe that they have just had a new batch printed. Again, this is a great way to help spread the word about their information and help out your fellow motorists. I know for myself that whenever I’m walking through the city I keep a handful in my pocket or my bag because inevitably I find a car that has a parking fine on it and I just slip a business card under the wiper right next to the fine.

And, if anyone is wondering why I refer to the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines pretty much every show, it’s because, as I said earlier, I think they are doing an incredible job and really, in my view, they are charging too little for what they provide so the least I can do is help spread the word about the exceptional service that they’re providing.

This is also why I mention the weekly CLRG meetings during each broadcast as well - which I’ll get to again a little later - because I seriously believe that $7 for three hours of incredible content is, again, exceptional value.

Now, speaking of the guys at CLRG, we want to give you an update on the progress of the local government class action that they are working on. Since our last broadcast, I have worked with the guys at CLRG to design a flyer to help promote their class action .

If you go to their website www.localgovernmentclassaction.com you will find links to both a word version and PDF version of that flyer which you can then download and forward onto others via email and also into your Facebook profile and into any other Facebook groups that you may be part of to help spread the word about this extremely important class action .

We are also very happy to report that since our last broadcast, we have cracked the first 1000 registrations of interest – we now officially have 1066 people registered.

And, as I’ve said before, whilst this is a great result in just a few months that we been promoting this, we are still well short of the tens of thousands of registered people that we will need to make this class action a reality.

Please remember that no matter whether you own your own home or you rent, the constantly increasing council rates are affecting ALL of us and this local government class action will put an end to those ridiculous council rates. One of the main aims of the class action is to return local government to operating simply as a department of the State, as they are supposed to be doing under the Commonwealth Constitution. They are NOT allowed to operate as a third tier of government, making up their own by-laws and taxes – which is what they are doing currently.

As I have mentioned in our last week’s broadcasts, most of our rates payments now go towards funding a council corporation and paying ridiculous wages to CEOs and the like, instead of simply paying for essential local services, which is what they are supposed to be doing.

And, I’m confident that almost everyone listening to this broadcast has had a council issued parking fine at one point or another – again, these are completely illegal because only courts can issue fines, not councils. This class action would generate a clear order from the High Court that spells that out in terms that they simply cannot ignore.

A new e-mail was sent out the other day from the local government class action website - which we would also urge people to pass around - but we REALLY need to spread the word even further so please, jump on the website, add your name and your e-mail address, keep an eye out for future e-mails, updating you on how many people have joined up and pass those e-mails onto EVERYONE on your contact list because, as I just explained, this class action really does affect everyone. Then, upload a copy of the e-mail to Facebook, spread the word around on twitter, on forums, whatever you can do to get the message out there and get people signing up.

Once you have done that, we would urge you all to please download the local government press release that applies to your State from the local government page on our website.

All you need to do to really help us make a real difference is to fill out and print off the cover letter that is also on that page and be sure to take the time to send a copy off to your local MP.

Now, a couple of people have emailed us saying that the link that we had on our website to help you find your local MP was actually to locate your Federal MP as opposed to your state MP. As I noted on last week’s show, we have uploaded a new link that will help you locate your State MP but we would recommend that you send the letter off to both your State MP and Federal MP as the contents of those press releases will ultimately apply to both anyway.

We have already had a few interesting replies coming through from people and we want to collect a whole heap of those replies that we can use them as evidence in the class action lawsuit is a please be sure to send these letters off and let us know what replies you are receiving as a result.

As we have mentioned on our last few shows, we are looking at new ways of generating some cash flow to ensure that we can continue running these weekly radio shows and organising great guest speakers and so that we can continue researching for our shows and continually updating our website with the latest, cutting edge information and strategies for learning about and standing up for your rights.

Our Facebook group is going from strength to strength and we would ask people to keep sharing a link to that group on their Facebook page every week or so to keep it fresh in people’s minds.

And, Brenton, I note that Aussie Speeding Fines has now just achieved 5,500 members which is excellent news.

The more people we can get talking about these topics day in and day out, the more quickly we can make some serious changes to the current corrupt system.

As we mentioned on previous broadcasts, our goal is to stop people focusing on football, meat pies and Holden cars and instead, get them focussing on, and talking about, their rights and how to stand up for them and how to exercise them.

We'd like to remind everyone listening that our goal here with these broadcasts is to inform and educate people as to what is really going on in the world and to help people to really "wake up" to the truth that is all around them that they are either blinded or conditioned from seeing.

One of the great sites that we have found recently is the Wake up the Sheep website which can be found at www.wakeupthesheep.com They have a number of important stories from around the globe that we simply do not hear about here through our local media and many of them cover topics that people here really should be aware of.

One of the challenges that we have is that everyone is at different levels in regards to how "awake" they are or, once they are truly awake, how much they actually know about a particular topic.

So, the Know Your Rights Group was put together to create a one-stop website for people to come to regarding some of the most popular topics and we are looking to expand the amount of basic, introductory information that we have on that website and then, once people have their heads around those various topics, they can then go onto dedicated websites such as Aussie Speeding Fines, CLRG and the soon to be developed Bank Secrets Revealed sites to find our more specific detailed information about these various topics.

As I mentioned earlier, we would like to remind people that the guys at CLRG run a monthly meeting and they are held at 4 different locations around Victoria each week. This week's meeting will be at Warragul - give details - and I urge anyone who hasn't been to one of their meetings to go along because reading websites and downloading documents is all good and well but actually being part of a real discussion about these topics, being able to ask questions right there, in the moment, is a huge help and given the measly $7 that they charge for over 3 hours of incredible contact, I cannot recommend those meetings highly enough.

Also, we are slowly but surely building up a regular base of listeners for the Know Your Rights show and, over coming weeks, we will be doing interviews and bringing some exciting people into the studio to talk about all kinds of topics that concern our freedoms and Constitutional rights so be sure to block off your Tuesday nights between 8 and 10pm and, if you can't listen in live for

As I say each week, these shows don't write themselves, it takes about 4 hours or more each week to prepare for each 2 hour show. We have to research the content and put it all together in a format that flows and makes sense. We do this in addition to trying it upload new information to our website each week or so and, as anyone who is involved in web design knows, there is a fair bit of work involved in setting up and constantly updating a website - writing the content, uploading that, constantly making little changes here and there etc. and this all costs time and money.

Not only that but, as I mentioned earlier, we just had the new membership area created and uploaded which obviously cost us money to set up as well. Also, we are running out of room on our current website to add new information and, as a number of people have pointed out, our website is due for a tidy up and an upgrade and, again, that requires the funds to pay someone to do that.

Additional Info Notes

Our goal here at the Know Your Rights group is about effecting some real changes to the current system that we are all facing. The only way to bring about those changes is for people to take new actions and, the only reason that they are going to take new actions is if A) they have new information available to them or B) they have new reasons to take new actions.

Now, primarily on our show, we focus mostly on part A) – giving people new information that they didn’t have previously that will hopefully cause them to take action. Well, tonight, we will hopefully not only give you new information but also give you new reasons to take new actions as well.

As I have explained a number of times during our broadcasts, my background is as a success coach and seminar presenter and one of my mentors was tony Robbins. Now, one of Tony’s most powerful processes is what he calls the “Dicken’s Process”.

Explain the Tony Robbins “Dickens process”

The key to this process is getting people to compare the inevitable worst case scenario, which is what will occur if they keep taking the same actions as they have been so far in life against the positive outcomes that are available if they were to take new actions and do things differently.

I obviously don’t have the time or the resources to do a full “Dicken’s Process” over this internet radio broadcast but I would like to work with that concept and share a few facts with you along those same lines.

So, to begin with, I would ask you to stop and think of how many fines you have received in the last 2 – 3 years and then think back to how many fines you received in the same period say 10 years ago. I think most of you would have experienced some kind of increase.

Then, think about the price of housing – I mentioned on a recent broadcast that our parents purchased houses that cost 2 – 3 times their yearly income, now they are about 9 – 10 times the average yearly income. This is complete and utter debt slavery.

What about council rates - how much have your council rates increased over the last 5 years?

Now, look at the new laws that have recently been introduced around the country – the VLAD (Vicious Lawless Association Disestablishment) laws in QLD, the new anti-terrorism laws that came in just last week as well as the new powers that most States have recently introduced for the Sheriff to clamp your car, suspend your licence or rego, all for what???

Things are spiralling out of control and it’s only going to get worse if we all strand by and just watch it happen without fighting back. How many internet laws did we have say 10 – 15 years ago? Barely any yet how many are there now? The name of the game to the people who are “running the show” is complete and utter control over us and world domination – they are, quite simply, megalomaniacs.

Now, having said that, I want you to stop and think about things from their perspective for as moment. Think back to when you were a kid and, at some point, either you or someone you know, probably played with an ant farm. You probably squashed a few, burnt a few with a magnifying glass and kicked over a few ant nests and thought it was funny to watch them rebuild it. It was just entertainment for you.

The people who are truly in charge of us – the banking elite, look at us like ants. We are there to build infrastructure for them, to design new toys – like the latest iPhone – for them to play with. They use us to build and staff luxurious resorts for them to holiday in, to build mega yachts and hyper cars for them to enjoy – as well as creating the roads for them to enjoy them on etc. That is all they see us as – producers of entertainment and enjoyment.

Now imagine that the little ant farm that you were playing around with and went to kick over was actually bull ant farm and, rather than all the little ants scurrying off for their lives, the bull ants banded together and started attacking you and biting you – if that were the case, you might squash a few but, when the numbers became too great, you would be the one running around and scurrying off.

We have the power to transform ourselves from little black ants into communities of united, fierce, attacking bull ants. We are the sovereigns, we have the power. In the High Court case of Ridgeway v the Queen, it was clearly stated that “the powers of government in this country are derived from the people who are the ultimate sovereign”.

The fraud and slavery committed by the international banking cartel and further perpetuated by the local banks, the various governments and their agents can only continue as long as it is concealed.

Even by the mere act of switching off the TV and switching on this radio program, you are generating a new level of consciousness, you are sending out a message to The Universe and everyone in it that you no longer want to be part of the brainwashed population of sheeple. Instead, you want to be one of the informed, educated and empowered populace that is going to fight back, reclaim our land and reclaim their rights.

Our aim here at the Know Your Rights group is to give you the information and the steps to make that happen – you need to create the desire and you need to take action yourselves though, we can’t do it for you.

What we can hopefully do is inspire you and empower you to learn about your rights and to take the necessary actions. Now, many of you know that I speak very highly of the work that the guys at Aussie Speeding Fines do but their information is really just the beginning. They do a fantastic job of breaking things down and making things as simple as possible for people who are just starting out. They provide some excellent template letters that anyone can use to fight a whole range of unjust and unlawful traffic fines. In fact, those letters can actually be adapted to fighting all types of other fines too – public transport fines – which we touched on last week - various council fines and the like.

But, they are just the beginning. What I want to show you tonight is something to aim for, something to look forward to – a sense of power, control and freedom that, sadly, many of you listening to this have never experienced before – but you can.

We can explain the ins and outs of case law, various acts and how and why you should be fighting back against anything that you don’t agree with. The one thing we haven’t been able to explain though is the true feeling of excitement and power that you get from successfully fighting back, challenging ”the system” and taking a stand for your rights and that’s what I want to try and do now.

Some of you will have noticed the letters going around on Facebook that I wrote in response to some private parking fines issued by CarePark that were then followed up by their liars-for-hire – I mean lawyers. Now, I could have either ignored those letters or sent a very simple letter that would have shut them down for good but, instead, I wanted to use that as an opportunity to show as many people as I could what was really possible once hey fully understood their rights.

And, as I explained to one lady who made a comment on one of the Facebook posts, by me just writing a letter that gets them off my back only ever helps me but, by writing the letters that I did will hopefully inspire and empower others to fight back and, if we can get a few hundred or even a thousand people to that same level, sending similar letters, it will hopefully shut CarePark down for good – which would ultimately benefit everyone!

So, as a very quick lead in, I received 3 private parking fines from CarePark, which I duly ignored. On the 26th of February, I received a letter from Parke Lawyers, action on behalf of CarePark, demanding payment from me and suggesting that they looked forward to payment being received within 10 days. Again, I ignored that letter. And then, on the 1st of September – some 7 months later, I received a final notice form them stating that if payment was not received within 7 days, they would take the matter to court.

So, at that point, I decided to have a bit of fun with them. I wrote back and explained that I had not entered into any contract with their client and, even if I had, the VCAT case of Vico v CarePark clearly ruled that their payment notices were illegal and void because they were claiming a penalty, which they have no lawful right to do. Those of you who are regular listeners to this show will recall that John Vico, who we interviewed a month or so back, was the one that created that excellent ruling.

There was another similar ruling from the Supreme Court in the matter of Consumer affairs Victoria v Ace Parking Patrols which made a similar ruling – that these private parking companies cannot create documents that look like parking fines and they cannot claim amounts that do not reflect actual costs or losses incurred. Both of those cases have been uploaded to our Court Cases page if anyone is interested at looking into them further.

I finished the letter off by explaining that unless they wrote to me within 7 days and provided a written statement that no further action would be taken, then I would be uploading a copy of all correspondence to the internet to show others how easy it is to challenge these ridiculous private parking fines.

Well, it will come as no surprise to our listeners that I didn’t receive any such letter from them and, instead I received a letter back stating that the matter of Vico v CarePark didn’t apply – which is, of course, absolutely absurd – and then they invited me to incriminate myself by filling out a Stat Dec nominating who the driver was on the days in question. Well, at that point, I decided to educate this lawyer – who hadn’t put his name to any correspondence, which is what they do – about a few facts.

I drew his attention o the High Court ruling in the matter of Halford v Price – regarding law firms not being legal entities - I explained the requirements for a valid contract to exist, one of the most important being, a “meeting of the minds” and how a company has no mind so it certainly can’t create a meeting of the minds. I also explained that he left me no option but to upload a copy of all correspondence to the internet and let people decide for themselves who was right and who was wrong.

Now, I had intended to read out their reply to that letter and my final response to them but we really don’t have time to do that now tonight with all the other topics that we have to cover as well as all the great feedback via e-mail and text that we have received but if you want a real belly laugh and you want to find out what is really possible once you fully understand your rights then I highly recommend that you do to our Fines page and scroll down to the bottom where you will find a link to download a copy of all of those letters.

I would urge you all to send a copy out to people on your e-mail list, post them on Facebook and really share them around so that people can see what a complete joke those private parking fines are and, as I said before, if we can get a whole heap of people to fight them or, at the very least, get people to stop paying them, then their company will cease to operate very quickly and that will be great victory for all of us.

At the end of the day, we want to teach people to think for themselves, to know and understand their rights so well that they can write letters like that back, that not only help them beat the actual fine that they are dealing with but that send a loud and clear message to these idiots that their bullying tactics simply will not be tolerated any longer!

Again, we are the sovereigns, we have the power and now is the time to exercise that power!
