Being an accomplished IT Professional with over 20 years of technical experience, my qualifications include: an extensive experience designing, building, deploying and supporting state of the art networks and data centers. I designed and implemented my first Active Directory in 2001. Having planned and implemented mutual upgrades to every version of active directory and Exchange proves my extensive knowledge. My experience includes building and maintaining two data centers from the ground up: Full Spectrum Telecom in Clearwater FL in 2004, and most recently, M2Gen, a new branch for Moffitt Cancer Center.I have worked on the cloud team at Tribridge Consultant where I build customer facing environments to host cloud based products using Hyper V, RDS Services and TMG. I have also used PowerShell to automate the creation of customer environments reducing the time it takes to create a user environment from five days to one day.

Having a proven record as a technical team lead, it has been an important aspect of my job to demonstrate customer service skills to both internal and external customers. Design roll out plain and image to deploy Windows 7 to 17,000 workstations nationwide.

Design and implement patch management using Microsoft WSUS and AD GPO for entire company.

Worked on Exchange 2010 migration from Exchange 2003. Implement spam filtering and secure mail for company email.

PSCU St. Petersburg, FL September 2012 – April 2014 Deployed and Administrated ASG software package in at 24 server,

server farm in 2 locations Parts of the software included View Direct <VDR>, Document Direct

for the Internet <DDRInt> and Total Content Integrator <TCI>

Software was used to parse text files in to reports used by Credit Unions.

ASG Was deployed on Tomcat web servers with an Oracle backend. Skills Used included, Windows Server, Tomcat, and Powershell.

Jabil  Tampa, FL May 2012 to September 2012 Redesigned GPO configuration for 40,000 pulse user network with over

600 GPOs Created patching system using PowerShell to manage the upgrade of

over 1000 RDS and Citrix servers. Worked with Verizon Enterprise Mobility Management System in an

administrator roll to help reduce the $10,000,000 annual roaming bill for the company.

Tribridge Tampa, FLNovember 2011 to April 2012Sir Technical Consultant

Build and maintain Cloud Environment for 40+ customer facing environments used to host cloud based applications.

Used Hyper V, TMG, NetApp and RDS as primary tools. Wrote PowerShell scripts to automate creation of new environments.

This include Active Directory configuration, RDS configuration, NetApp Volume and LUN Creation, and VM Deployment. My scripts cut new environment builds from 5 days to 1 day and 8 hours of AD configuration to about 15 seconds.

Used SCVMM to create images automate deployment of New Virtual Machine

Created trust relations between client environments to management environments for easer management of the entire cloud.

Created and managed Microsoft Clustering for High Availability, Snapshots and drive cloning to off sight location for Distaste Recover, and Data Protection manager for Backup systems.

M2gen(Moffitt) Tampa, FL August 2009 to February 2011 System Engineer

Worked on as the Systems Engineer to build a new Data Center for Moffitt Cancer Center’s new research facility called M2gen (Moffitt 2nd Generation)

Network, server origination, application and hardware design layout install and support.

Created Active directory Domain. Create Active Directory Policies, OU Structure and other Network Standards.

Built new Exchange 2010 implementation and moved mailboxes being hosted at the Moffitt Data Center to our new Data Center.

Installed, tested and implemented applications configured on Windows 2008 R2 network.

Created hardware requirements and installation methods for rapid deployment of datacenter.
