1.1. Space may be booked by sending in the on-line space application form available at the trade fair web site www.semanadelaeducacion.ifema.es together with the reservation fee.

You should select the fair of your interest: • AULA: www.aula.ifema.es• HIGHER EDUCATION AND ONGOING

TRAINING FAIR: www.forodepostgrado.ifema.es

• INTERDIDAC + RED CONGRESS: www.interdidac.ifema.es

• EXPOELEARNING: www.expoelearning.com

Once the space application form has been sent, please submit to the event organizer proof of payment of the booking fee, or 50% of the total amount if space is booked after November, 30th.

1.2. An essential requirement for taking part in the trade fair is that the company activity, public or private institution is among the sectors served by EDUCATION WEEK.

EDUCATION WEEK reserves the right to reject applications to participate as exhibitors.

1.3. In the event that the EXHIBITING COMPANY designates another entity to make any of the payments involving its participation, it must supply all the necessary invoicing information. If the designated entity fails to take responsibility for the afore mentioned payments by the foreseen deadlines, the EXHIBITING COMPANY shall be responsible for them upon first request by IFEMA

PAYMENT DATES:Booking fees with application form as follows From 1 to 50 sqm: €450From 51 to 100 sqm: €750From 101 sqm: €1,50030 November 2017: Deadline for payment of the 50%of the space booked previously deducing the reservation fee.27 January 2018: Deadline for the payment of the 100% of the corresponding contracted space and services.

1.4. The signature and submission of the application is an irrevocable undertaking by the applicant, and also

involves the total acceptance of the general rules for participation established by IFEMA, and in general, of any stipulations set up by the EDUCATION WEEK Organisation.

1.5. Failure of attendance by an exhibitor entails loss of the reservation fee. If attendance is waived within 30 days prior to the Event, exhibitors maybe liable for payment in full of their space, even if the space is subsequently used by another exhibitor.

1.6.Regarding the services offered in the IFEMA Services Catalogue that the Exhibitor has purchased prior to withdrawal, the cancellation charges established in Article 7 of the General Approval and Contracting Conditions for events organised by IFEMA.

2.1. PARTICIPATION FORMS*

(1) Expoelearning turnkey stand package includes the space, modular booth, stand fair carpeting, General lighting based on 300w halogen spotlights in rails,, Electrical installation comprising switchboard with differential magnetotherm, and with an outlet of 500w, Minimum Electrical power (0,13 Kw/sq.m.), furniture 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 stool and 1 counter, Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance, daily stand cleaning (type A), Wifi conection (1 user / 2 days), One car parking.

(2) Double Participation rate: this rate is only available for exhibitors participating in both fairs (Aula and Higher Education & Ongoing Training Fair)..

(3) Aula Solidarity: addressed to ONG´s, Foundations, Associations and Entities working with volunteers projects. A renovated and dynamic concept where some training talks will take place. This participation fee include 1 table with 4 chairs, daily stand cleaning, Faschia board with the exhibitor´s name, Presence in Promotional Elements, Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance.

Two participations rates available: participation for all the fair -5 Days- or only one day

(4) Information Point: Participation fee addressed to collaborators companies from the Red Congress-(Teaching resources Congress) and the Open Campus Area from the International Higher Education and Ongoing Training Fair. This participation fee includes 4 sqm space floor with stand fair carpeting, Minimum Electrical power, daily stand cleaning type A, Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance, assembly rights, Electrical installation and a switchboard, furniture: 1 stool and 1 counter..

(5) Expoelearning Start Up Point: addressed to enterprising companies. This participation fee includes 4 Sqm Space floor, Minimum Electrical power, daily stand cleaning type A, Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance, Presence in Promotional Elements, Wifi conection (1 user / 2 days), furniture: 1 stool and 1 counter.

(6) New participation in Schools Day: aimed at Schools wishing to present themselves to families at the fair on Saturday, 3 March. This participation fee includes 4 sqm space floor with 1 table and 4 chairs, daily stand cleaning, Faschia board with the exhibitor´s name, Presence in Promotional Elements and Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance.

The additional participation mode allows exhibitors to purchase more

floor space.

(7) Presence in Promotional Elements is included in the following participation fees: Turnkey stand in Higher Education and Ongoing Training Fair, Expoelearning Start Up Point, Schools Day participation and Information point Fees

* For companies established in the Spanish territory (excluding Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla): 10% VAT not included. For the rest of companies this operation is not subject to Spanish VAT. For European Union companies, the exhibitor will be responsible for paying the applicable VAT in the country of incorporation.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

The distribution of all elements included in the stand, any extras requested, as well as the structural elements necessary for supporting the stand, will be adapted, as far as possible, to the exhibitor’s requirements, provided that it is technically feasible and an assembly map detailing all the relevant instructions is received fifteen days prior to the beginning of the assembly.All services and changes you wish to make to these characteristics are at your own expense.Once the stand has been assembled, any changes in the location of any elements not previously communicated within the required deadline will be invoiced.Withdrawal or replacement by the exhibitor of any components of the modular stand will not entail any reductions in costs. 2.3. ONLY FLOOR – FREE DESIGN STANDS

In addition, the participation as an exhibitor involves the compulsory contracting of the following ítems::

• Electricity Consumption: 3,849€/sqm + VAT (1) per mínimum compulsory electricity consumption (0,13Kw/sqm)

• Basic Civil Liability and Multi-Fair insurance: 53,45€ y 50,73€ respectively + VAT (1)

• Presence in Promotional Elements.• Assembly rights.

The exhibitor who has opted for a free design stand, must send its project, for approval by the Exhibition Services Department. Deadline: January 22, 2018. (Fax: 34 91 722 51 27 e-mail: [email protected])The assembly rules will be those content in the IFEMA General Rules of Participation.

ASSEMBLY RIGHTS:

The company responsible for assembly of free design stands shall be required to pay to IFEMA, before beginning its tasks, the assembly rights fees corresponding to services rendered during assembly and dismantling at the trade fair: health care service, reduced rates at the catering services, inspection of electricity wiring, electricity connections and supply during assembly and dismantling, use and maintenance of painting rooms, personalized attention to stand builders and individualized signing of spaces.

Depending on the use of facilities and/or services, assembly rights fees to the full free design stand including second floors, will be as follows:

• Spaces without decoration, or with carpeting or flooring/platforms:

TYPE A: € 2.04 per sq.m. + VAT(1)

• Spaces without decoration or with carpeting or flooring/platforms:

TYPE B: € 4,08 per sq.m. + VAT(1)

PROMOTIONAL ELEMENTS:

El hecho de ser expositor implica la “Presencia en Elementos de Promoción” cuyo coste es de 200€ + IVA(en AULA) o 62€ + IVA (en Postgrado y formación contínua, Recursos / Interdidac y Expoelearning) e incluye el nombre y datos del expositor en:

• Avance listado de expositores: listado de expositores periódicamente actualizado, disponible en la web de la feria.

• Catálogo Oficial de Expositores Online. El expositor Deberá cumplimentar y actualizar sus datos de Catálogo a través de Zona Expositores.

• Guía del Visitante: incluye el plano de cada uno de los pabellones, el listado de expositores y el programa completo de todas las actividades y servicios de Feria de Madrid. Se distribuye de forma gratuita en feria.

• Plano y listado de expositores en cada pabellón.Si la contratación de su stand es posterior a la fecha de cierre de cada uno de los elementos, siendo imposible su inclusión en ellos, estará igualmente obligado al pago de la misma.

COEXPOSITORCompanies may register as co-exhibitors (companies taking part in EDUCATION WEEK in the space operated by the main exhibitor).Co-exhibitor status entails compulsory booking of the items in Marketing Package: promotional and services material, priced at € 200 + VAT (1) for AULA and 62€ +VAT for others fairs.Co-exhibitor will not have access to the exhibitor’s area for renting of services. However, they will get access to the exhibitor’s area once they receive their access codes as long as the main holder of the stand registers them in the catalogue.

- 1 Exhibitor Badge per each 3 sqm booked To guarantee the professionalism of the trade fair, all exhibitor passes will be personalised with the company name.

Each exhibitor decides when to request and complete and exhibitor passes section in the Exhibitor area. All passes requested can be collected from the day before the fair opening day (27 February 2018, from 10 am to 8 pm).

We ask all exhibitors to use these invitations in a responsible way in order to guarantee the professional objectives of the Trade Fair

The total payment of the remaining expenses occurred during the celebration of the exhibition is an indispensable condition for the withdrawal of the material from the stand.

The Exhibition Services Department may issue, if requested by the exhibitor, a permit for entry/exit of merchandise during the Fair. The entry will be allowed from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. and the exit from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. daily.

The occupation of the space, or the delivery of the package stand, will not be authorized unless the exhibitor has paid off the total rental space and the expenses of requested services.

Promotional and advertising activities must take place exclusively inside the contracted space. Third parties may not be advertised in the allocated space, unless the authorised company registers them as co-exhibitors at the booth.

Exhibitors who wish to hold a raffle, draw or competition in their space must carry out the administrative procedures set out in Article 11 of the General Rules for Participation of Exhibitors in Fairs organised by IFEMA, and be authorised in advance by the Fair Management.

It is strictly prohibited to use individual sound systems which are audible beyond the strict boundaries of the booth or which cause a nuisance to visitors or other exhibitors. The maximum authorised noise level is 60 decibels. Breaches of this rule will lead to the automatic cut-off of the fair's electrical supply and may lead to the subsequent loss of preferential renewal rights to the allocated space. Also, special care must be taken with the distribution of promotional elements which might cause unnecessary noise.

For the performance of activities requiring the hiring of an occasional catering service during WEEK EDUCATION, the form for notification of catering in booths, available at must be filled in and sent to: [email protected]

Direct sales of any ítems on display at the event is strictly forbidden.

Ifema´s Convention and Congress Center enables exhibitors at the event to hire rooms for receptions, conferences, press conferences, etc… or any other profesional events at the trade fair. To request a quote email to: [email protected]
