PRODuCTS

We offer and supply jumbo bags with different lifting, filling and discharging options. Jumbo Bags(Flexible intermediate Bulk Container – FIBC) are an efficient and economical means of packagingpowdered or granular bulk material. These Jumbo Bags are also known as big bags / bulk bags / tote bags and come in various sizes & shapes according to quantity and bulk density of the material desired to be filled within it. The normal capacity of FIBC varies from 500kg to 2.5. Tons. Various design option are available in the jumbo bags and different combinations, which are supply according to the customized needs of are clients.

FOOD/PHARMA BAGSThese are the types of FIBC’s that are manufactured within the clean room environment. Operated under ISO 22000 norms duly certified by an external agency, these bags are free from any contamination.

VENTILATED BAGSused to pack and transport products like fruits and vegetables that require ventilation.Ventilated bags are FIBC’s where the fabric has a breathable area.

These bags are used to pack products that are not free flowing in nature, the conicaldesign provides an angle for material to flow towards the bottom spout.

These liners are suitable for carrying dry bulk cargo such as polymers, cement, fertilizers, andvarious other granular materials. These are made from virgin polyethylene (film or woven polyolefin), thusagricultural produce and high value chemicals can be transported safely in an enclosed chamber. using container liners is one of the most economical and fast solution for the Bulk Cargo movements.

FLEXI TANKSOur Flexi tanks are fabricated from FDA approved virgin PE and PP raw materials suitable for a wide range of liquid cargos. Standard 20’ bulk container liners are made from four layer of 125 micron PE sewn into a woven PP outer fabric with a capacity ranging from 16000 litres to 24000 litres, we can also provide heating pads and insulatedliners depending on our customer requirements.
