Company Information & Agreement Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY - TERMS AND CONDITIONS This is a binding agreement and contract between Prospanica and your company. By signing this agreement, exhibitor agrees to abides to all Terms and Conditions and Rules and Regulations on both sides of this Agreement.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:GENERAL PRODUCTS/SERVICES: The agreement shall commence on date of signing by company. In the event of a cancellation for services rendered, 100% of the total commitment will be collected. If services have not been rendered, a 25% cancellation fee will be collected.

CONFERENCE CANCELLATION: Exhibitor may not cancel this contract or reduce the amount of assigned exhibit space without written notification to and written acknowledgment from Prospanica. In the event of cancellation or reduction, Exhibitor shall be liable for 100% of the original commitment.

If cancellation occurs, the parties agree to the terms outlined below within the applicable cancellation periods:

a. Prior to 1/31/20: 25% of total commitment/invoice will be due/collectedb. Between 2/1/20 - 6/30/20: 50% of total commitment/invoice will be due/collectedc. After 7/1/20: 100% of total commitment/invoice will be due/collected

Prospanica shall have the right to withhold the cancellation fee from any refund due.

PAYMENT: Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the event to guarantee space.
