Frederick Schoettler came fromGermany to California in 1866. In1876 he settled on a liomestead inthe Camevon, Idaho area, fat mingthere until his death in 1918. Hemarr ied Augusta Kuether in 1890.There were nine children in the fam-
ily—four boys and 5 girls. The boyswere Fred (1891-1962); Frank (1893-1918); Dave (1896-1961) and Otto(1905-1980). The girls were Ida(1888), a step-daughter residing atCoeur d',Alene; Annie Weyen (1898-1958); Minnie McCoy Olson (1900-1968); Lena McCoy (1903-1978) andMartha Ripley (1908-) residing atI ong Beach, California. Martha and
daughter plan to attend the familyreunion.
Frederick's brother, John Schoeff-ler, after coming from Germany toAmerica, settled in the Shannon, Il-linois area. He had three children—George, Franklin and John, Jr.George and John Jr. never married,Franklin had two children, Francisand Franklin A. Franklin A and his
wife Dolores have six children and
reside at Mos'cow, Idaho. They will
be attending the reunion.On open invitation is extended to
